- After spending the last 20 years juggling a nursing career and raising four wonderful boys, I took up art again four years ago. Having always had a love for all things small and intricate, I found miniature art was the genre that suited my style and passion the most. Late last, year I discovered ACEO's and decided to put a couple on ebay, and found it so exciting and rewarding, that earlier this year, I decided to give nursing a break to focus on art full time. Favourite subjects are all kinds of animals, both wild and domestic, and also find ACEO sized commissioned portraits have proved extremely popular.
